Welcome to XRig. By using our Chrome Extension, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using XRig, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the XRig Chrome Extension. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, or reverse engineer any part of the software.

3. API Usage

• Bring Your Own Key: If you supply your own API keys (e.g., from OpenAI or Google Gemini), you are solely responsible for the usage, costs, and compliance with their respective Terms of Service.
• XRig Pro: If you subscribe to XRig Pro, your usage is subject to fair use limits to prevent abuse. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that exhibit unnatural or bot-like behavior.

4. User Content

You are solely responsible for the replies, tweets, and comments you generate and post using XRig. XRig is a tool to assist in content creation, and we hold no liability for the content you choose to publish on X/Twitter or any other platform.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

XRig is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall XRig, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
